Annual Subscription Fees
Your subscription fee provides access to a business listing on the Wholesale Suppliers Australia Listings directory for the selected subscription period.
Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law, subscription fees are non-refundable once your listing has been approved and published.
Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect purchase decisions.
- Failure to use your listing after purchase.
- Cancelling your subscription before the end of the current subscription period.
Automatic Renewals
If your subscription renews automatically through PayPal or another authorised payment provider, you may cancel future renewals at any time.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have made a duplicate payment, please contact us as soon as possible. Genuine billing errors will be investigated and, where appropriate, corrected with a refund.
Listings Removed for Breach
If your listing is removed because it breaches our Terms and Conditions, including providing misleading information, unlawful content, or prohibited material, no refund will be provided.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where you are entitled to a refund or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, we will comply with our legal obligations.
